Once you arrive at Chicago Union Station, exit the station and transfer to the 'Pink Line' or 'Green Line' at the Damen station. Continue to the Clark/Lake station and then switch to the 'Red Line' towards Howard. Get off at the Grand station. Walk east on Grand Ave for about 10 minutes to reach the Chicago Children's Museum at 700 E Grand Ave.
