Public Transit - Train
Start at the Naperville Metra Station located at 105 E 4th Ave, Naperville, IL 60540. Purchase a ticket to Chicago Union Station. Board the BNSF Railway line train towards Chicago Union Station. The journey takes about 30-35 minutes. Once you arrive at Chicago Union Station, exit the station and proceed to the street level.
Public Transit - Bus
From the Naperville Metra Station, take the Pace bus route 675 towards Chicago. Get off at the 'Washington & Madison' stop. From there, walk east on Madison St, turn right onto State St, and then left onto Randolph St. The James M. Nederlander Theatre is located at 24 W Randolph St.
Walking
If you are already in downtown Naperville, head to the Naperville Riverwalk and follow it towards the west until you reach the intersection of Jackson Ave and Washington St. From there, head south on Washington St until you reach the Metra Station. Follow the directions for Public Transit - Train to reach the theatre.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride along the DuPage River Trail. Start at the Riverwalk and head northwest until you reach the intersection with the BNSF Railway line. Follow the bike lanes to the Metra Station. From there, take the train to Chicago Union Station as described earlier.
