To reach Peoria Zoo by car, start by getting onto I-39 S from your location in Northern Illinois. Follow I-39 S and merge onto I-74 E toward Peoria. Take exit 92 toward Prospect Rd and turn right onto N Prospect Rd. Continue straight for about 2 miles, and the Peoria Zoo will be on your left at 2320 N Prospect Rd, Peoria, IL 61603. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a parking fee, so be prepared with some cash or a card.
