Once you are in the city, take the exit for I-55 S towards St. Louis. Continue on I-55 S for about 3 miles, then take the exit for Martin Luther King Dr. Turn right onto Martin Luther King Dr and continue for about half a mile until you reach the historic site on your left. Be aware of potential tolls on the expressways, which can vary in cost depending on your entry point.
