Public Transit
If you're starting from Oak Lawn, walk to the Oak Lawn Metra Station located at 95th St and Central Ave. Take the Metra train on the SouthWest Service Line towards Chicago Union Station. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Union Station stop. From Union Station, exit and take the 'L' train on the Pink Line towards 18th. Transfer at the Polk station and switch to the Blue Line towards O'Hare. Get off at the Washington station and walk east on Washington St towards State St. Turn left onto State St, then right onto E Huron St. St. James Cathedral will be on your left at 65 E Huron St.

Bus
From the Oak Lawn Village Hall, take Pace Bus Route 349 towards the Blue Line train station at 95th and Pulaski. Ride the bus for about 25 minutes and get off at 95th St & Pulaski Rd. From there, transfer to the CTA Pink Line train and ride towards 18th. At 18th, transfer to the Blue Line towards O'Hare. Get off at Washington station, then walk east on Washington St towards State St. Turn left onto State St and walk to E Huron St. St. James Cathedral will be on your left.
