    From Schaumburg, head to the nearest Metra train station, which is the Schaumburg Metra Station located at 1000 N. Martingale Rd. Take the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line train towards Chicago. After approximately 40 minutes, you will arrive at the Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago. From there, exit the station and walk to the nearby Washington/Wells station. Board the 'Pink Line' subway towards 54th/Cermak or the 'Brown Line' towards Kimball. Get off at the Washington/Wells stop. From the station, head east on Washington St. for about 6 minutes. The Christkindlmarket will be at 50 W Washington St, just past the corner of Washington and Clark Streets.

    Begin your journey at the Woodfield Mall Bus Terminal located at 5 Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg. Board the Pace bus route 606 towards Rosemont. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Schaumburg & Golf' stop. Transfer to the Pace Route 770 bus towards the 'Harlem Blue Line' station. Ride this bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the 'Harlem station.' From there, board the Blue Line train towards the 'O'Hare' direction. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Washington' stop. Walk east on Washington St. for about 5 minutes to reach Christkindlmarket at 50 W Washington St.

You can use bike lanes available on some streets, but be cautious of traffic. Once you arrive in the downtown area, navigate towards 50 W Washington St. It will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your cycling speed and stops along the way.
