From the Central Bus Stand, take a local bus towards Katra Ahluwalia. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the Katra Ahluwalia stop. From there, walk towards Guru Bazar Road, which is about 300 meters away. Kali Mata Mandir will be located on Guru Bazar Road. Local bus fares are typically around ₹10-₹20.
