Metro
Take the Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro. If you're starting from Connaught Place, board the Metro at Rajiv Chowk station heading towards HUDA City Centre. Get off at the Hazrat Nizamuddin station. From there, exit the station and take a left onto Mathura Road. Walk straight for about 10-15 minutes, and you'll see the entrance to Humayun's Tomb on your right.
Auto Rickshaw
From any central location in Delhi, you can hire an auto rickshaw or take a cycle rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to 'Humayun's Tomb' or 'Nizamuddin'. Most drivers will know the way. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
Bus
You can take a DTC bus that goes towards Nizamuddin. Check for buses heading in the direction of Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia Dargah. Get off at the nearest bus stop, which is typically close to Humayun's Tomb. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance.
Walking
If you are staying nearby, you can walk to Humayun's Tomb. The landmark is located near the Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah. Just follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Humayun's Tomb, as it is a well-known tourist spot.
