If you're driving, start from the popular beach area of Calangute. Head south on NH66 (formerly NH17) towards Margao. Continue on this highway for approximately 20 km until you reach the town of Ponda. Take the exit towards Ponda and continue on the Ponda-Borim Road for about 8 km. Follow the signs to Borim and then look for the turn-off to Shirshirem. You will arrive at the approximate coordinates 15.3617, 74.0429. Parking may be available near the trailhead to the waterfall.

Take a bus from major locations like Panaji or Margao towards Ponda. Buses leave frequently, and the fare is typically around ₹25-₹50 depending on your starting location. Once in Ponda, you can hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to reach Shirshirem, which should cost around ₹200-₹300. Make sure to specify 'Twin Waterfall' to the driver, as it may not be a well-known destination. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes.

Once you arrive at the drop-off point near Shirshirem, you will need to hike approximately 1.5 km to reach Twin Waterfall. The trail is well-marked but can be steep in some sections. Wear sturdy shoes and carry water and snacks. The hike will take around 30-45 minutes. Be cautious as the path may be slippery, especially after rain.
