Walking
If you are in Panaji, start at the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. Head east on 18th June Road towards the Municipal Garden. Continue straight until you reach the Dona Paula Road. Turn left and walk towards Old Goa. Follow the signs for Old Goa, which is approximately 10 kilometers away. You can take a bus from the Panaji bus terminal to Old Goa, which will drop you off at the Old Goa church complex. From there, Viceroys Arch is a short 10-minute walk. Head towards the Archaeological Museum and you will find Viceroys Arch nearby.
Public Bus
From Margao, go to the Margao bus stand and take a bus towards Old Goa. The journey will take about 45 minutes. Once you reach the Old Goa bus stop, exit and walk towards the Archaeological Museum. Viceroys Arch is located nearby, just a 10-minute walk away. Follow the signs for the museum, and you'll see the arch.
Auto Rickshaw
If you are in the vicinity of Mapusa, you can hire an auto rickshaw to take you directly to Viceroys Arch. The ride will take around 30 minutes.
