If you are in Panaji, start at the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. Head east on 18th June Road towards the Municipal Garden. Continue straight until you reach the Dona Paula Road. Turn left and walk towards Old Goa. Follow the signs for Old Goa, which is approximately 10 kilometers away. You can take a bus from the Panaji bus terminal to Old Goa, which will drop you off at the Old Goa church complex. From there, Viceroys Arch is a short 10-minute walk. Head towards the Archaeological Museum and you will find Viceroys Arch nearby.
