Getting There

Walking
Start from the Itanagar Police Station, which is centrally located in Itanagar. Head southeast on the main road (Lower Niti Vihar Road). Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with the National Highway 13. Turn left onto NH13 and walk for another 1.5 km. You will see signs for Jullang. At the junction, turn right and follow the road for about 1 km until you reach the entrance to Tana Joram, located on your left. The area is known for its beautiful hiking trails.

Public Transport (Auto-Rickshaw)
From the Itanagar Main Market area, you can take an auto-rickshaw to Jullang. Simply ask the driver to take you to Tana Joram in Jullang, which is well-known among local drivers. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Jullang, get off near the entrance of Tana Joram, which is located on the left side of the road.

If you prefer to take a local bus, head to the nearest bus stop in Itanagar, which is near the Itanagar Railway Station. Look for buses heading towards Jullang. Once on the bus, inform the conductor of your destination, Tana Joram. The bus will drop you off close to Jullang, from where you can walk about 500 meters to reach the entrance of Tana Joram.
