Getting There

  • Auto-rickshaw

    From the main market area in Jaisalmer, head to the nearest auto-rickshaw stand. You can find one near the Fort area or the bus station. Inform the driver you want to go to Bada Bagh. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. As you drive, you will pass through local neighborhoods, and eventually, you will see the entrance to Bada Bagh on your left.

    If you are near Jaisalmer Fort, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Bada Bagh. Start from the Fort and head down towards the main road (Sadar Bazar). Continue walking straight for about 2 km until you reach the junction. Turn left and follow the road for another 1 km. You will see signs for Bada Bagh; it's on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 3 km, and it will take about 40-50 minutes.

  • Bicycle rental

    You can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Jaisalmer, particularly in the Sadar Bazar area. Once you have your bicycle, head towards the main road leading out of the city. Cycle straight for about 2 km until you reach the junction, then take a left. Continue for about 1 km, and you will find Bada Bagh on your right.
