If you are starting from the Meenakshi Amman Temple, head east on North Masi Street towards East Masi Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Collector Office Road. Turn left onto Collector Office Road and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. The Gandhi Memorial Museum will be on your left.
Public Transport
From the Madurai Railway Station, take a city bus headed towards Alwarpuram. You will want to get off at the 'Collector Office' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk down Collector Office Road for about 300 meters, and you will find the Gandhi Memorial Museum on your left.
Auto Rickshaw
