From the Main Manali Market, head east towards the Mall Road. Walk along the Mall Road until you reach the bridge over the Beas River. Cross the bridge and take a left onto Old Manali Road. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer, where you will see signs pointing to Manu Temple. Follow the path uphill for about 300 meters, and you will reach the Manu Temple, located on Manu Temple Road.

You can take an auto-rickshaw from anywhere in Manali. Simply tell the driver 'Manu Temple in Old Manali'. They will take you directly to the base of the hill where the temple is located.
