If you are starting from the Panaji Bus Stand, exit the bus station and head towards the MG Road. Walk straight down MG Road, which is a popular and lively street with shops and eateries on both sides. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the 'Head Quarters' building on your left. Azad Maidan will be directly opposite this building. Look for the large open space; that is Azad Maidan.

Once you reach MG Road, turn left and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will see the 'Head Quarters' building on your right. Azad Maidan is directly opposite this building, just across the road.
