Auto-rickshaw
If you're starting from Gandhi Maidan, head to the nearest auto-rickshaw stand located at the eastern end of the park. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kachi Talab, which is near Puspanjali Bihar Gate in Gardanibagh. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, get off at the gate opposite Puspanjali Bihar, and you'll see Kachi Talab nearby.
Cycle-rickshaw
From Patna Junction Railway Station, you can hire a cycle-rickshaw. Tell the rickshaw puller to take you to Kachi Talab, located in Gardanibagh, opposite Puspanjali Bihar Gate. The distance is approximately 3 km, and it should take around 10-15 minutes. Enjoy the ride through the streets of Patna as you make your way to the lake.
Bus
From the nearest bus stop at Gandhi Maidan, take a local bus heading towards Gardanibagh. Make sure to ask the conductor to drop you near Puspanjali Bihar Gate. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. After getting off, walk towards the lake which is just a short distance away from the gate.

If you are near the Patna Museum, you can walk to Kachi Talab. Head south on Birchand Patel Marg, then take a left onto Boring Canal Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Gardanibagh Road and turn right. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will see Kachi Talab on your left, opposite Puspanjali Bihar Gate.
