    Walking

    If you are starting from the Puducherry Railway Station, exit the station and head south on Station Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Nehru Street. Turn left onto Nehru Street and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass through the bustling areas of Puducherry. Keep an eye out for the local shops and cafes. As you reach the end of Nehru Street, turn right onto Rue de la Compagnie, and continue straight. This street will lead you to the Old Lighthouse area in White Town. The lighthouse will be visible shortly after you cross the intersection with Rue Suffren.

    Walking

    From Aurobindo Ashram, exit the ashram and head towards the main road (Rue de l'Université). Turn right onto Rue de l'Université and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Nehru Street. Turn left on Nehru Street and proceed for about 600 meters. Then, turn right at the intersection onto Rue de la Compagnie. Continue straight, and you will find the Old Lighthouse on your left side, located at WRMP+286, White Town.

    Walking

    If you are near the Promenade Beach, start walking towards the north end of the beach. As you walk along the promenade, keep heading east towards the direction of the lighthouse. Continue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Compagnie. Turn left and walk a short distance, and you will see the Old Lighthouse. It's a pleasant walk along the coastline!

    Bicycle

    For those who prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Pondicherry. Start from the Raj Niwas (the Governor's residence) and head towards the east on Rue Mahe de Labourdonnais. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Nehru Street, then turn left. Cycle along Nehru Street for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right onto Rue de la Compagnie. The Old Lighthouse will be on your left shortly after.
