Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Pune Station, take the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) bus towards Swargate. Alight at Swargate Bus Depot. From here, you can catch a local bus heading towards Parvati Hill. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the base of Parvati Hill, you will need to walk up the hill to reach the sunset viewpoint.

• Auto Rickshaw

  From your location in Pune, you can hire an auto rickshaw to Parvati Hill. Simply tell the driver 'Parvati Hill Gomataseva Pratistan'. The journey should take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. The auto will drop you off at the entrance of the hill, from where you can walk up to the view point.

• Walking

  If you are near Parvati Hill, you can walk to the sunset viewpoint. Start from the nearest landmark, such as Shahu College. Head towards Shahu College Rd and follow the road leading up to Parvati Hill. The hike up will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace. The path is well-trodden and provides beautiful views along the way.

• Cycle Rental

  For a more adventurous option, rent a bicycle from a local cycle shop in Pune. Head towards the direction of Parvati Hills, following Shahu College Rd. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you reach the base of the hill, you can park your cycle and walk up to the viewpoint.
