    From Pune Railway Station, you can take a local bus (bus number 6 or 10) heading towards Shivaji Nagar. Get down at the Shivaji Nagar bus stop. From there, you can take a rickshaw or walk to Pataleshwar Caves, which is about 1.5 km away. If walking, head straight down Jangali Maharaj Road, and you will find the caves next to the J M Temple.

    If you are in the city center, simply hire an auto-rickshaw to Pataleshwar Caves. You can tell the driver to take you to 'Jangali Maharaj Road, near J M Temple'. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
