Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Pushkar Lake area, head southwest on Sarafa Bazar Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Pushkar - Ajmer Road. Turn left onto Pushkar - Ajmer Road and walk for about 500 meters. You will see signs directing you to the Pushkar Fair Ground. Continue straight for another 300 meters where you will find the entrance to the fairground on your right.

  • Rickshaw

    From the main market area in Pushkar, you can hire a rickshaw to take you to the Pushkar Fair Ground. Tell the driver to take you to 'Pushkar Mela Ground'. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The rickshaw will drop you off at the entrance to the fairground.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Pushkar. Start from the main market and ride southwest on Sarafa Bazar Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, then turn left onto Pushkar - Ajmer Road. The fairground will be approximately 500 meters ahead on your right. Look for the signs leading to the entrance.
