Walking
If you're starting from Rajkot Railway Station, exit the station and head northwest on Station Road. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Ghanshyam Nagar Road. At the intersection, turn left onto Ghanshyam Nagar Road and continue for another 500 meters. You will see a large roundabout; take the first exit onto Dharmendra Road. After about 300 meters, you will find Kaba Gandhi No Delo on your right, opposite the Dresswala Store.

Auto Rickshaw
From any point in Rajkot, you can take an auto-rickshaw to Kaba Gandhi No Delo. Just tell the driver you want to go to 'Kaba Gandhi No Delo' or give them the address: Opp. Dresswala Store, Kaba Gandhi Street, Dharmendra Road, Rajkot. The fare should be around ₹30 to ₹50 depending on your starting point. The rickshaw will drop you right in front of the museum.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take a local bus that goes towards Dharmendra Road. Check the bus schedule for routes that stop near Kaba Gandhi No Delo. Once you get off at the nearest bus stop, walk down Dharmendra Road for about 200 meters, and you will find the museum on your left, opposite the Dresswala Store.
