From the Mall Road in Shimla, head to the ISBT (Inter-State Bus Terminal) which is located approximately 2 km away. You can either walk downhill or take a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to reach ISBT. Once at ISBT, look for buses heading to Pinjore or Ambala. The bus ride will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon reaching Pinjore, you can get off at the nearest stop to Yadavindra Gardens. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the gardens.
Shared Auto-Rickshaw
From the Mall Road, you can take a shared auto-rickshaw to ISBT which will cost you around ₹10-20. From ISBT, board a bus going towards Pinjore. After arriving in Pinjore, take another auto-rickshaw to Yadavindra Gardens. The gardens are approximately 3 km from the bus stop and should cost around ₹30-50.
Taxi
If you prefer a more comfortable option, you can hire a taxi from the Mall Road. Inform the driver that you want to go to Yadavindra Gardens in Pinjore. The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours. Ensure you agree on a fare before starting your journey. This route is approximately 25 km via the Kalka-Shimla highway.
