From the city center (Kashmir Gate area), you can take an auto-rickshaw to Dagapur. Inform the driver to take you to Lokenath Mandir, which is a well-known landmark. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you near Dagapur, look for the entrance to the temple on your left.
