Getting There

• Bus

  From Siliguri, head to the Siliguri Junction Bus Stand. Look for buses that are headed towards the Bangladesh border or specifically to the town of Banglabandha. The bus ride will take approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic and border crossing delays. Once you reach the bus stop in Banglabandha, you can take a short walk to the Banglabandha Zero Point.

• Train

  From Siliguri, travel to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, which is the nearest major train station. Take a train that heads towards the border district of Cooch Behar. After arriving at Cooch Behar, you will need to catch a local bus or auto-rickshaw to the nearest border point for Banglabandha. This might take an additional hour or so. Once you reach Banglabandha, walk to the Zero Point.

• Auto-Rickshaw

  If you are close to the bus stand or railway station in Siliguri, you can hire an auto-rickshaw that will take you directly to the border area near Banglabandha. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The ride should take about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic conditions.

• Walking

  If you find yourself already in Banglabandha, landmarks such as the local markets and bus stands can lead you towards the Zero Point. Ask locals for directions; they are usually familiar with the area and can guide you to the Banglabandha Zero Point, which is well-known among tourists.
