The driver will know the location as it is a popular tourist destination. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to specify 'NH 31, Matigarahat' to the driver.

From the Siliguri Junction bus stop, you can take a local bus heading towards Matigara. Look for buses that have 'Matigara' displayed. The bus fare is very affordable, usually around 10-20 INR. Once the bus reaches Matigara, get off at the nearest stop to NH 31. From there, you may need to walk for about 10-15 minutes or catch an auto rickshaw for the last leg of your journey.
