If you are driving from the main town of Tawang, head east on the Tawang-Monastery road. Continue straight for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see a sign for Urgelling Gompa on the left side of the road. Turn left and follow the narrow road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the gompa. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
From Tawang, you can take a shared taxi or local bus heading towards the Urgelling area. These usually depart from the main taxi stand in Tawang. The fare should be around ₹30-₹50 per person. Inform the driver that you're going to Urgelling Gompa. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Urgelling village, you may need to walk approximately 500 meters to reach the gompa.
