    If you're driving, start from the Varkala Cliff area, which is a popular tourist spot. Head south on the Varkala-Kollam Road (NH66). After approximately 2 kilometers, look for signs pointing towards Odayam Hatchery. Turn left onto the road leading to Odayam Hatchery and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. The Varkala Aquarium will be on your left at PMWX+55Q, Odayam Hatchery, Thiruvambadi Beach.

  • Public Transportation (Auto Rickshaw)

    From the Varkala Cliff area, you can take an auto rickshaw to the Varkala Aquarium. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 'Odayam Hatchery' or 'Varkala Aquarium.' The fare should range from ₹100 to ₹150 depending on the distance and time of day. The journey will take about 10 minutes.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    If you prefer to use the local bus service, board a bus heading towards Thiruvananthapuram from the Varkala bus station. Ask the conductor to let you know when you reach Odayam Hatchery. The bus fare is quite economical, around ₹10-₹20. After getting off, you will have to walk approximately 500 meters towards the aquarium, which will be on your right.
