    If you're traveling by car, start from the main Patoka Lake area. Head southwest on IN-145 S for about 10 miles. Then, turn right onto IN-60 W and continue for approximately 8 miles. Twin Caves will be on your left at 3333 IN-60, Mitchell, IN 47446. There is no entrance fee required to access the Twin Caves.

    Public transportation options are limited in this area, but you can take a bus to Mitchell, IN from nearby cities. Once you arrive in Mitchell, it's about a 3-mile walk to Twin Caves. From the bus station, head west on Main Street, then turn left onto IN-60. Follow IN-60 for about 3 miles, and Twin Caves will be on your right at 3333 IN-60. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as it may take around an hour to walk.
