Starting from the center of Pokagon State Park, head south on IN-127. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-20. Turn left onto US-20 East. After about 3 miles, turn right onto IN-120 East. Follow IN-120 for approximately 2 miles until you reach the town of Fremont. In Fremont, look for signs directing you to Kasota Island Nature Preserve. The entrance is located on the eastern edge of the town, accessible via local roads.
