Car
If you are driving from anywhere in The Lakes Region, head southeast on IN-13 S for about 15 miles to reach the intersection with IN-32 E. Turn right onto IN-32 E and continue for approximately 5 miles until you merge onto I-69 S toward Indianapolis. After about 25 miles, take exit 205 toward I-465 N. Follow I-465 N for about 5 miles, then take exit 27 toward IN-37 N. Continue on IN-37 N for about 10 miles until you reach the exit for 38th St. Turn left onto 38th St, and then take a right onto Michigan Rd. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Garden Rd, and you will find Holcomb Gardens on your right. Parking is available nearby, though there may be fees depending on the time of your visit.
Public Transportation
To reach Holcomb Gardens using public transportation, start by finding your nearest bus stop in The Lakes Region. Take the #8 bus (Washington St) towards downtown Indianapolis. After about 30 minutes, transfer to the #39 bus (Michigan St) at the hub downtown. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop for Michigan Rd & 38th St. From there, walk about 0.5 miles north on Michigan Rd, then turn left onto Garden Rd. Holcomb Gardens will be on your right. Note that bus fares vary, so be prepared to pay a small fee for the rides.
