    If you are starting from Purdue University, exit the campus and head south on State Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Sagamore Parkway. Cross the street and turn left. Walk along Sagamore Parkway for approximately 0.7 miles until you reach the entrance to Bicentennial Nature Area on your right. The entrance is marked and leads you directly into the nature area.

    For those biking from downtown West Lafayette, start at the intersection of Main Street and 2nd Street. Head north on 2nd Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Northwestern Avenue and continue straight for about 1 mile. Turn right onto Sagamore Parkway and bike for another 0.5 miles. The entrance to Bicentennial Nature Area will be on your left. Make sure to follow the bike lanes for safety.

    To reach Bicentennial Nature Area using public transit, take the CityBus Route 1 (Blue Route) from downtown West Lafayette. Ride the bus towards the Lafayette Transfer Center.
