Inform the driver or check the bus stops to get off at Ubud Central. Once you arrive in Ubud, you can either walk or take a local bemo (minibus) to Singakerta. Ask the bemo driver to drop you off at Jl. Raya Kengetan, which is close to the Bali ATV Quadbike Adventure.
