If you're in Ubud, you can rent a bicycle and follow Jalan Raya Ubud south towards Jalan Tegal Bingin. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Sukma. Turn left on Jalan Sukma and follow it until you see a sign for Setia Darma House of Mask and Puppets. The museum will be on your right.

Public Transport (Bemo)
From Ubud, find a bemo (local minibus) heading to Sukawati. Once you arrive at the Sukawati market, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Jalan Tegal Bingin. From there, you can either walk along Jalan Tegal Bingin or ask a local for directions. The museum is located at Jalan Tegal Bingin, Banjar Tengkulak Tengah, about a 10-minute walk from the market.

If you are staying nearby in Gianyar, you can walk to the museum. Start from the center of Gianyar, head towards Jalan Raya Gianyar, and look for signs directing you to Sukawati. As you walk, continue to ask locals for directions to Jalan Tegal Bingin. It should take about 30 minutes on foot.

For those comfortable with riding, rent a motorbike in Ubud. Head south on Jalan Raya Ubud, then follow the signs towards Sukawati. Once you reach Sukawati, turn onto Jalan Tegal Bingin. The museum will be located on your left at Banjar Tengkulak Tengah.
