From your location in Bali, head to the nearest main road where Bemos (small public minivans) operate. Look for a Bemo heading towards Ubud or Payangan. Inform the driver that you want to go to Payangan. The fare should be around IDR 20,000 to 30,000. The Bemo will drop you off at the main intersection in Payangan. From there, you will need to walk or find a local 'ojek' (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Jl. Raya Payangan.
