If you are starting from Gili Trawangan, take a boat back to Bangsal Harbor on Lombok Island. From there, drive to Sekotong Barat. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Use a navigation app to guide you to the address: Sekotong Barat, Sekotong, West Lombok Regency. Once you arrive at Sekotong Barat, you will need to arrange a boat to Gili Nangg, which is a short distance away.

From Gili Meno or Gili Air, take a boat back to Bangsal Harbor on Lombok Island. Once at Bangsal, take a local 'bemo' (shared minivan) to Sekotong Barat. The fare is usually around IDR 30,000 to 50,000. After reaching Sekotong, you will need to hire a boat to Gili Nangg. Make sure to negotiate the price with the boat operator; it typically costs around IDR 150,000 to 300,000 for a round trip.
