If you are starting from Gili Trawangan, you will first need to take a boat back to Lombok. From the Gili Trawangan harbor, look for a speedboat or traditional boat that goes to Bangsal Harbor on Lombok Island. The boat ride typically takes about 30 minutes and costs around IDR 100,000 to IDR 150,000 per person. Once you arrive at Bangsal Harbor, hire a taxi or a car to take you to Pantai Setangi. The drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes. You will follow the main road towards Senggigi and then take the Jl. Raya Senggigi road, where you will see signs leading to Pantai Setangi.

From Gili Air or Gili Meno, take a boat to Bangsal Harbor, which usually costs around IDR 100,000 per person and takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bangsal, you can take a public minibus (also known as a bemo) heading toward Senggigi. The fare for a bemo is around IDR 30,000 to IDR 50,000, and the journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Inform the driver to drop you off at Pantai Setangi, or you may need to walk a short distance from the main road to reach the beach.
