If you're already in Bogor, look for an angkot (the local form of public transport) that goes along Jalan Raya Pajajaran. You can catch one at any major intersection or bus stop. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kujang Monument, and they will drop you off nearby.

If you prefer to walk, from Bogor Station, head southeast on Jalan Siliwangi towards Jalan Raya Pajajaran. Continue on Jalan Raya Pajajaran for about 2 km. The Kujang Monument will be on your left; look for the large statue in the middle of the roundabout at Jalan Raya Pajajaran No.1A.
