From central Labuan Bajo, head southeast on Jl. Soekarno-Hatta. Continue straight and follow the signs for the harbor area. Once you reach the harbor, find a parking spot nearby. The harbor is the main departure point for boats to Pulau Kalong.
Public Transportation
Use a local angkot (minibus) from Labuan Bajo to the harbor. Look for angkots heading toward the 'Pelabuhan' (harbor) and hop on. The fare is typically around IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off close to the harbor.
Boat
At the harbor, you will need to hire a local boat to take you to Pulau Kalong. Prices can vary, but expect to pay between IDR 300,000 to IDR 600,000 for a private boat.
