If you're in Labuan Bajo, the easiest way to reach Komodo Lodge is by taking a taxi. You can hail a taxi from anywhere in the city. Once in the taxi, tell the driver to take you to 'Jalan Mutiara, Kampung Ujung'. Prepare to show them the address: 'GV6G+4WJ, Jalan Mutiara, Kampung Ujung, Labuan Bajo'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around 30,000 to 50,000 IDR for the fare.

Public Minibus
For a more budget-friendly option, you can take a public minibus (known locally as 'angkot'). Look for the minibus heading towards 'Kampung Ujung'. You can catch one from the main road in Labuan Bajo. Once on board, inform the driver of your destination (Komodo Lodge), and they will drop you off close to the lodge. The cost is approximately 5,000 to 10,000 IDR. The journey may take around 20-30 minutes depending on the stops.

Walking
If you are staying nearby and prefer to walk, head towards Jalan Mutiara from the center of Labuan Bajo. Follow the main road until you reach the intersection near the harbor. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you see signs for 'Jalan Mutiara'. Turn onto Jalan Mutiara and Komodo Lodge will be on your right. This walk will take you about 15-20 minutes.
