Getting There
Car
If you're driving from central Corn Belt, take Highway 5 south towards Knoxville. Continue on Highway 5 for approximately 25 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 14. Take the exit for Highway 14 north towards Pella. Follow Highway 14 for about 10 miles, then take a left on County Road G28. Continue on G28, which will take you directly to Lake Red Rock. There are parking areas available near the lake, so you can easily find a spot to enjoy the view.
Public Transportation
To reach Lake Red Rock via public transportation, start by taking the local bus service from your location in Corn Belt to the nearest bus terminal. From there, catch a bus heading towards Knoxville. Once you arrive in Knoxville, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Lake Red Rock, which is approximately 15 miles from the bus terminal. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as it may vary.
Bicycle
For those who enjoy biking, you can cycle to Lake Red Rock. Start from the center of Corn Belt and head south on local roads towards Highway 5. Once you reach Highway 5, use the bike lane to travel south until you reach the junction with Highway 14. Turn left onto Highway 14 and, after about 10 miles, take County Road G28. Follow G28 to the lake. Make sure to wear a helmet and check your bike for maintenance before heading out.
