Take the exit for Highway 14 north towards Pella. Follow Highway 14 for about 10 miles, then take a left on County Road G28. Continue on G28, which will take you directly to Lake Red Rock. There are parking areas available near the lake, so you can easily find a spot to enjoy the view.
