Merge onto US-18 W and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit for IA-13 N toward McGregor. Merge onto IA-13 N and continue for about 5 miles until you reach the town of McGregor. Once in McGregor, follow the signs for Pikes Peak State Park, turning onto Pikes Peak Rd. The park entrance will be on your left at 32264 Pikes Peak Rd, McGregor, IA 52157.
