    From Maquoketa Caves State Park, exit the park and turn left onto T45 / 185th St. Continue for about 3.5 miles until you reach US-61. Turn left onto US-61 South and drive for approximately 27 miles. As you approach Dubuque, take the exit for US-151 South toward Dubuque. Merge onto US-151 and continue until you reach the intersection with 3rd St. Turn right onto E 3rd St, and the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium will be on your right at 350 E 3rd St, Dubuque, IA 52001.
