If you are starting from the center of Newton, head east on East 2nd Street toward North 3rd Avenue. Continue straight until you reach North 3rd Avenue and turn right. Walk down North 3rd Avenue until you reach the intersection with East 4th Street, then take a left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with North 5th Avenue and turn right. Follow North 5th Avenue until it becomes Boston Wharf Road. The Boston Harborwalk will be on your left.

From downtown Newton, take the bike path heading south on Main Street. Continue on the bike path until you reach East 2nd Street, then turn left. Follow East 2nd Street until you reach North 3rd Avenue and turn right. Ride down North 3rd Avenue until you reach East 4th Street, where you will take a left. Continue straight, then turn right onto North 5th Avenue. Follow North 5th Avenue as it turns into Boston Wharf Road, and the Boston Harborwalk will be on your left.
