Salisbury House & Gardens is located at 4025 Tonawanda Drive in Des Moines. From I-235, take the 42nd Street exit and proceed south for about half a mile. Turn left onto Tonawanda Drive; the Salisbury House will be the fourth property on the north side of the street. Visitors can park in the main lot upon arrival. Note that accessible parking areas may be under construction; check with Salisbury House for temporary accessible parking options. Parking is free.

After approximately 25 minutes, disembark at the stop near 40th Street & Tonawanda Drive. Walk east on Tonawanda Drive to the Salisbury House entrance at 4025 Tonawanda Drive. A one-way fare on DART is $1.75.
