If you're driving, head towards Enniscorthy town. From Wexford town, take the N11 road northbound. After about 20 km, take the exit for the R744 towards Enniscorthy. Follow the R744 into the town. Once in Enniscorthy, continue on the Mill Park Road until you reach Parnell Road. The National 1798 Rebellion Centre will be on your right at the junction of Parnell Road and Mill Park Road. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that some parking may incur a fee.
