Car
If you're driving from Dingle town, take the N86 road towards Tralee. After approximately 10 km, you'll reach the turnoff for R561 towards Annascaul. Continue on the R561 until you reach a junction. Take a left onto the Unnamed Road, following signs for Annascaul Lake. The lake is located about 2 km down this road, with a small parking area available. Note that the road may be narrow in places.
Public Transportation
From Dingle, you can take a bus operated by Bus Éireann (Route 275) towards Tralee. Ask the driver to drop you off at Annascaul village. Once in Annascaul, you will need to walk approximately 3 km to reach Annascaul Lake. Head east on the R561, then take a left onto the Unnamed Road. Follow this road until you arrive at the lake. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for the latest timings.
Walking
If you're already in Annascaul village, you can take a scenic walk to Annascaul Lake. Start at the village center and head east on the R561. After about 1.5 km, turn left onto the Unnamed Road. Continue along this road for another 1.5 km until you reach the lake. This route offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
