Walking
From the center of Dingle, head towards the main street, Green Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where it meets the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the R559 road, heading towards Ventry. Follow this road for about 5 km until you reach another roundabout. Here, take the first exit onto the R566. Continue on this road for approximately 8 km, and you will arrive at Ballinskelligs Beach. Look for signs indicating the beach as you approach.
Bus
From Dingle town center, walk to the bus stop located near the post office on Green Street. Check the schedule for the local bus service to Ballinskelligs. Board the bus that is heading towards Waterville or Ballinskelligs. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ballinskelligs stop, walk straight down the path towards the beach, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Dingle. Once you have your bike, head out of the town center on Green Street and follow the same route as outlined for walking. Biking will allow you to reach Ballinskelligs Beach in approximately 20 minutes, depending on your speed. Make sure to stay on the R559 and then the R566 for the safest route to the beach.
