Getting There

Walking
Start from the center of Dingle, at the roundabout near the Tourist Information Centre. Head west on Green Street, which will take you towards the coast. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the R559 road. Turn right onto the R559. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for Ventry. Continue along this road for another 2 kilometers. The Fairy Fort Ringfort will be on your left, just past a small hill. Look for the entrance marked by a wooden sign.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle in Dingle, start from the main square and ride west along Green Street. Follow the same route as for walking: after about 1.5 kilometers, you'll reach the R559 road. Turn right and cycle for about 3 kilometers. You should see the sign for Ventry on your right, and shortly after, the entrance to the Fairy Fort Ringfort will be on your left. Remember to wear a helmet and follow the traffic rules while cycling.

From Dingle, you can take a local bus heading towards Ventry. Check the schedule at the bus stop near the main square. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you want to go to Ventry. The bus ride usually takes about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to the Fairy Fort Ringfort. After disembarking, walk back a short distance on the R559, and you will find the entrance on your left.
