From Drogheda, make your way to the Drogheda Bus Station, located at 1-2 Fair Street. Catch the Bus Eireann route 101 towards Dublin. The bus will take you through several stops before reaching Howth. You will need to get off at the Howth village stop. Once you arrive in Howth village, follow the signs towards the Howth Castle, which is about a 15-20 minute walk uphill from the village center.

Walk to the Drogheda Train Station, located at 1-3 Station Road. Purchase a ticket for the DART train heading towards Howth from the ticket office or machines. The train journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Howth Station, exit the station and turn left. Follow the road uphill, and you will reach Howth Castle in about 20 minutes.
