DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit)
Take the DART train from any DART station in Dublin. If you're near the city center, you can board at Pearse Station or Tara Street Station. Head towards the 'Howth' or 'Malahide' direction and get off at the 'Docklands' station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the River Liffey and take a left to follow the river's edge. Continue walking along the riverfront for about 10 minutes until you reach the Custom House Visitor Centre located at Custom House Quay.
Bus
Catch any bus that stops at Custom House Quay. You can check Dublin Bus routes online or at the nearest bus stop. Popular bus numbers that stop nearby include 25, 56a, and 77a. Once you arrive at the Custom House stop, disembark and you will see the Custom House Visitor Centre directly in front of you.
Walking
If you are in the city center, you can walk to the Custom House Visitor Centre. Start at O'Connell Bridge and head east along O'Connell Street. Continue straight onto Eden Quay and walk along the river. After crossing the bridge at the end of Eden Quay, turn right onto Custom House Quay. The Custom House Visitor Centre will be on your left after a short walk.
Bicycle
Dublin has a bike-sharing scheme called 'Dublin Bikes'. If you have access to a bike, you can rent one from any of the Dublin Bikes stations. Head towards the river and cycle along the Liffey, following the cycle paths. You will find designated bike lanes along the riverbank leading directly to Custom House Quay. The Visitor Centre will be on your left.
